Cleanup skill logic files and update deployment scripts

chore: restore test nodes to production deployment ...

- Test nodes are now brought back online so they can test the auto-update and mesh synchronization logic.

chore: remove test nodes from prod and bump agent version to 1.0.2 ...

- Test nodes are no longer built/ran in the Jerxie production environment.\n- Version bump triggers auto-update on all active agents to pull in the new skills-enabled bundle.

refactor: re-org frontend folder structure to simply be 'frontend' ...

- Moved ui/client-app to frontend/

- Updated README and documentation references

- Updated docker-compose, local run scripts, and remote deploy scripts to point to new frontend location
